What do we offer

On site Training session

Every last saturday of each month, we come together at Djeuga Palace, for three hours, to learn, share and network together.

Berla Chat / Berla Open Mic

During each session, we give room for trainees to express themselves on topic related with the theme. It is a time to exercise public speaking skills

Engagement

During ou session, we encourage learners to to engament in various aspects of thier lives and testify about the change they acheive.

Extra ressources

We provide extra ressources for our trainiers to continue to lear after the sessions. Videos, books and virtual meetings are part of the ressources.

Coaching Session

We provide one on one coaching session for our trainees but also for everybody out of the organisaion. Do you need a coach ?
