About the Host
Mrs. Bertha Yenwo Yiberla is a Social Entrepreneur and a Leadership Coach, Trainer and Mentor;
With her philosophy of “Create Something – Own Something”, she has been empowering and transforming the lives of many women and young girls in her community for the past 20 years. She is committed to growing herself and the people around her through Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Personal Development.
Her vision has been to help women and young girls change mindsets, and build themselves in order to have better lives.
After 25 years in the Civil Service as a Senior Tax Inspector, she has tirelessly been working with the different institutions she created since 1996 such as Tabwand Support Network a Social Enterprise for Community Development; Urban-Rural and Diaspora Women’s Empowerment Forum for the Promotion of Rural Women in Agriculture; Mike Denny Institute of Excellence, a Primary and Secondary School for Youths Education in Cameroon; Berla Meridian Group (BERLA Channels/BERLA Impact Center) for Leadership Personal Development and Business Development, among others.
She has several certifications and has attended several national and international conferences.

The Women’s Leadership Summit will take place at Djeuga Palace Hotel Yaoundé on the 17th of August 2022 from 8am to 5pm.
This event is reserved for confirmed Women Leaders, Cameroonian women in public service and young women aspiring to leadership positions.
Participation in this event is done on Invitation and by selection after the submission of an application through the dedicated form.
This event is free and no fees are required from the participants. From this event, participants will have the opportunity to join the Berla Channels network dedicated to capacity building and training in personal development and leadership.
